Food is among the most basic of human necessities. There are few examples of communities that have eliminated poverty without first solving their need for constant nourishment. It is difficult to help yourself and your family if your stomach is grumbling. Providing a family with a supply of food allows them to plan ahead and exit "emergency mode".

3 years ago the library building at the Juan Escutia Indigenous Elementary School in San Quintin Mexico burned to the ground.  We built a new library structure in 2022. We want to finish the job with providing books and computers in 2023

Female Empowerment

​​We are providing monthly sewing lessons and a pathway to earn their own sewing machine, to generate income. We are working with 2 local women's shelters to provide empowerment education and basic hygiene products.

We have started a new initiative for a small group of families to work together, in conjunction with our organization. They help each other reach their dream of owning a simple home. In 2023 we will work with these families to build 3 new homes.
